Bare Act Provision<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Act not to apply to Ram Janma Bhumi-Babri Masjid.<\/em><\/strong>\u2014Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to the place or place of worship commonly known as Ram Janma Bhumi-Babri Masjid situated in Ayodhya in the State of Uttar Pradesh and to any suit, appeal or other proceeding relating to the said place or place of worship.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 27th July 2021, it was debated in Lok Sabha to put Shri Krishna Janam Bhoomi outside the ambit of the Act. But opposition led by Mr. Rahul Gandhi created chaos in the Lok Sabha<\/a><\/u> and discussion was not complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
