Laws governing ancient monuments in Bharat:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it comes question of ancient temples, gurudwaras, viharas and stupas, Archaeological Survey of India has its own role to protect monuments including such religious places aged minimum of 100 years. Many of times the laws governing archaeological subjects are misused to diminish the history of great culture of Bharat. Here are the list of various laws governing archeological subjects in Bharat. One subject and lots of provisions interfering with each other is the basic reason of chaos and confusion to protect the rich heritage and culture of Bharat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
